Here is material for the whole class. Note that there is nothing on the definition of a merchant. Just remember that there are goods merchants and practices merchants.
Note that the material on identification of goods etc. (assignment 13) will NOT be on your final exam but is enclosed for your information and future reference.
Also, limitations of remedies (assignment 22) will not be on the exam. Good luck!
Here are two items from last year's midterm. The first is the midterm itself. I can't find my sample answer for it, but I do have the sample answer for the beta version of the midterm, which I provide. The only difference I recall is that I turned one multiple choice into an essay.
Your exam will look eerily similar to the actual midterm (i.e. the document on SFLS letterhead).
